In our quest to offer the most complete service possible neoDoc Imaging was born as the result of an R&D&I project and was added to our family of products.

• The results of an analysis lead us to detect a range of deficient aspects like:
• The time needed to type the information,
• The inherent risk of mistakes in this process,
• The cost caused by this type of treatment of the information
• The excessive personalisation –corseting- of the systems used to capture this information.

Our objective was to develop a system, neoDoc Imaging, that:

• Captured and digitalised the information hence avoiding the tedious and sometimes erroneous task of typing.
• Validated the information obtained by comparing it with different systems and therefore reducing the possibility of error.
• Was versatile with reference to what we wanted digitalised and where it was to be found (coordinates on a document). We didn’t want a rigid system.
• Allowed integration with other systems permitting us to automate the treatment of information that we want.

Digitalization and optical recognition of characters by zonal OCR are the foundations of this product, which in conjunction with neoDoc exponentially increase the number of possible functions of the product.
